Are You Sick Of Recruiting or Not Making Money?

I have been marketing for many years, almost 30 years to be exact and the most frustrating thing about it is recruiting, not everyone is a sales person. The economy today has impacted the majority of the population in a negative way to say the least but the spending habits have not changed. It has only changed in the way that people spend their money. Would that be correct?

I hate to recruit just like the next person but it seems that it is the only way to make money online. Well, that is totally wrong!

You can make money in any program you want on the Internet but today, you need to market more creatively. Now, what do I mean by that?

Well, it's pretty simple, you need to find the right solution as people just won't buy into programs anymore. What you find today is you will only have your dedicated few that will follow you from program to program and that will last only for a certain amount of time before they decide that you can't make things happen for them or they lose faith.

This all happens from a few things:

1. they become dependent on you to build their business

2. they come to terms with themselves as believing they can't build a business.

The reason these 2 examples are true is because false hope is presented to them. What really needs to be done is for someone to show them the direction that they need to follow to build the business they want to build.

Let me explain:

If you are building a network marketing business, in order for you to succeed, you need to build a member base to get paid. this is where over 90% of marketers fail as they are put under too much stress. All network marketing businesses are based on 100% commission, no salaries and most people coming to the Internet are coming from jobs that they may have or lost that pay a regular salary or hourly wage, so they are looking to replace that immediately with an opportunity. That is definitely the wrong attitude to have. When embarking on an Internet business, you now become the business owner and are no longer the employee.

So, how do you change this?

Well, for the past few years, I have done Network Marketing in different programs and have struggled just like everyone else, all marketers do at some point whether they are successful or not but the difference of why my success has continued is because I change with the Internet.
